2018 - Feb. 10, 2020: removed all exterior concrete. Poured new brush finished concrete pad at garage entrance. Installed new exposed aggregate concrete walkway from off-street parking to home entrance. Installed another exposed aggregate concrete walkway directly to covered porch. Removed shrubbery for installation of new Exterior French Drains around home. Waterproofed basement block (interior and exterior). Patched roof tiles and had new sealant installed around flashing. Patched areas which exposed water intrusion into home. Refinished all hardwood floors (1st & 2nd Floor, including stairs). Installed new porcelain tile inside of kitchen. Removed old kitchen plumbing lines under kitchen sink to update plumbing for new Dishwasher. Removed old wood doors and had 8 new 6-panel colonial doors painted and installed to existing framing. Updated 2nd Floor bathroom with new porcelain tile, sheetrock, chair-rails and vanity. Installed new hand-rail leading to 3rd Floor Attic (used as closet). Installed new humidifier on HVAC System.
