We’re the original owners, having built the house in 1994. In 2016, we began updating the entire home and yard, beginning with replacing the roof, windows and gutters. Since then, the entire interior has been updated, and in the fall of 2022, we completed the renovation by replacing the original siding with Hardiplank; having the exterior painted; and even replacing the chimney cap. In 2021, the decorative retaining wall across the backyard was installed, along with an upscale solar landscape lighting plan that provides a beautiful view while sitting under the gazebo (with lights, tv and fan) on warm nights.
