Where: Super-safe John's Landing neighborhood in Southwest area which is just a 10 min drive South from downtown. Conveniently located within short walk of multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, numerous restaurants, parks, dispensaries, etc. For public transportation we are less than a 10 min walk to 8 bus lines on SW Barbur Blvd and SW Macadam Ave. NOT near a MAX line. Us: Two women, mid 20's and mid 30's. Due to Covid, we're socially distancing, wearing masks when outside, and working from home; both private, respectful. We have late-night quiet hours (please, no night owls) and scheduled, mandatory cleaning of shared spaces. This is ideal for someone who is regimented, not a "chill" house. You: Considerate, responsible, tidy, and a respectful communicator. Employed sufficiently to pay rent and bills. Sorry, homeowner does not want any pets in the home. Questions welcomed!
