This home (my home) is no longer on this lot. The lot is owned by an absolutely terrible man. I've lived here on this property for over 20 years never late paying rent, my dog didn't cause problems, and we really had no major problems other then him being a souless, rude man like raising rent to fund his private pool installation, while no pools allowed on tenants property. Then this year (2021), he served me with an eviction notice with no explanation as to why followed by another document being served that ended up being an update to the lease, leaving me confused. Long story short I was evicted for no current lease, although I had no idea my lease needed updated. When I begged him to reconsider and allow me up renew to a current lease he said there was nothing he could do about it, he wanted me out. Come to find the real reason out was along with my eviction so was 4 others due to our trailers being the oldest and he wanted them gone to make the park look better. He's just a mean man that doesn't care about anyone other then himself.
