Pond and fish are taken care of you need not do a thing. There is seating on the patio with a fire pit if desired. The mattresses are brand new as well as the bedding and the towels. The internet is on as well as the water. Trash pickup is also included. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. The kitchen is fully complete with new pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker. The main TV is a 65 inch with surround sound which is hooked to the internet and gets over the air channels as well (there are a couple hundred). There is a second internet connected TV in the master bedroom. The TVs in the 2nd bedroom and the gym are over the air only. There is a gym area in the basement with a rowing machine, a Schwinn Airdyne and a heavy bag as well as weights etc.The main bath has a heated tile floor as well as a Toto bidet toilet. There is a room that is a dedicated office including a printer. There is easy mass transit access as well as freeway access to both I25 and 470 as well. Within a 2 mile radius 3 grocery stores King Soopers, Safeway and Sprouts. Several gyms, Starbucks and a movie theater complex.
