A heads up, my family lives above the unit, so from the times during the week of 6:45am-7:30am and 4pm-8pm, my little ones can get a little rowdy. 1 occupant only unless have kids. Access to playground. Have a current tenant. Tours available after January 3, 2025. Month to month rent. Owner pays for water, electricity and garbage.
