Our rental is located in the basement of a residential property. It provides a sense of privacy and seclusion while still being close to amenities and attractions with being right off of highway 285. You get the best of both worlds, living in the mountains while being close to the city. This rental offers essential amenities such as a mattress/frame, dresser/closet, linens, towels, bathroom with a shower, laundry, tv (with access to Netflix,Max,Hulu,Prime and Disney plus), Wifi, water, trash and electricity included. Kitchenette with a larger fridge than the mini fridge (do not have an updated photo) coffee maker, toaster oven, 2 burner stovetop, microwave, dishes and pans. Month to month lease. A heads up, my family lives above the unit, so from the times during the week of 6:00am-6:30am and 4pm-8pm, my little ones can get a little rowdy. 1 occupant only unless have kids. Access to playground. Have a current tenant. Tours available. Move in December 1st. If not, Move in closer to January 15th. Month to month rent. Owner pays for water, electricity and garbage.
