    Versatile farm on High Mesa just a few miles southwest of Olathe--this 79.1-acre farm can accomplish many things. Currently planted in feed corn and pinto beans, the farm has also been used to grow sweet corn, onions, hay, truck garden vegetables, and all manner of crops as well as a home base for cattle and sheep operations. The neighbor to the east has a nicely producing orchard that grows pears, apples, and peaches, and no doubt wine grapes would do well there also. The farm is well watered with 56.4 shares of Uncompahgre Water, which is known as a strong water right for Western Colorado farms. It also has 2 Tri-County water taps with a 4" domestic line crossing the property, so additional homesites would be very feasible. The farm has a nice set of corrals and either lambing or calving sheds, as well as loading chute and squeeze chute.
