Large windows fill each room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. There's plenty of storage throughout the home, including a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. Located just off popular Powers Boulevard, the home offers easy access to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It's also a short drive to downtown Colorado Springs and conveniently close to major military installations: approximately 5 minutes to Peterson SFB, 15 minutes to Schriever SFB, and 25 minutes to Fort Carson. Any adults living in the property must agree to the terms of this lease and are fully responsible for upholding them. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, water, water waste, and internet utilities each month. No smoking. Small pets (up to 30 lbs) are allowed. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Extended street parking is not allowed (HOA policy). Lease period is 12 months. Breaking the lease incurs an additional month's rent. Rent will be collected either via Zillow, Venmo, or Zelle (whatever is preferred by the tenant). A late payment (5 or more days late) incurs a 10% fee for that month's rent. The security deposit will be returned to the tenant following a walk-through of the home at move-out, assuming the home is in an acceptable condition. This home has an HOA. The tenant is responsible for paying any HOA fines as a result of violations to HOA policies. The landlord will pay monthly HOA dues. The owner will conduct maintenance activities to maintain a livable property throughout the tenancy. The owner will give at least one day's notice to the tenant about planned maintenance. Planned maintenance events can include: landscaping, water heater draining, HVAC filter replacements, washer/dryer care, etc. The tenant is responsible for notifying the owner of any damage to the home, regardless of how it was caused. The owner will conduct or coordinate repairs. The tenant is responsible for keeping the premises clean.
