I renovated recently so you're moving into an almost new place, and it comes with some furniture (some bed frames, one complete bed, couches in living room, some kitchen furniture). It is available starting November 30th. Semi detached so there is a ton of light. Street parking is easy, and it is on a one way street that isn't a through street to anything so it's quiet with the traffic. The layout of the house includes a first floor with an open floor plan and new hard wood floors, a half bath, and an eat in kitchen. The top floor has three bedrooms (two very large, one medium) and a full bath (with jacuzzi tub). Master bedroom has two closets. The basement is fully finished with recessed lighting with three bedrooms, two well sized and one very small (comes with a twin size storage bed). There is a full bath in the basement as well and a separate entrance. Area: The house is located in Columbia Heights (Intersection of Gresham and Sherman) exactly a half mile from the Columbia Heights metro and the surrounding shopping (BestBuy, Target, Giant, Marshall's, Washington Sports Club, and Bed Bath and Beyond etc.) and all that Columbia Heights has to offer. It's also less than a mile from the popular U st area and sits less than a block from two major bus lines that will take you right downtown. Finally, it's only a couple minute walk from Howard University. The house is great for a group because it's easy to get to just about anywhere in the city for the variety of people that live here! The street is also a quiet, one way street, with very easy on street parking. Utilities are not included in the price. For gas, electric, and water it generally costs between $200-$350 depending on the season for the entire house.
