We are renting out our wonderful Walla Walla house as we are currently living on the east coast. This is a wonderful house with great neighbors and we know that whoever moves in will love it as well. Main floor of the house has 2BRs, 1 bath, a lovely living room and a large den (which could also be used a 4th bedroom.) It has hardwood floors, a working fireplace and lots of lovely natural light. It also has a remodeled kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances. The finished basement is used as the master suite and has a bedroom, a bathroom, a small living room and an office space. Plush carpet throughout the basement. House sits on a beautiful 1/2 acre with old growth trees in a park-like setting. Amazing yard with a large garden space, fire pit area, patio, underground irrigation and heated recreation room/workshop. We spent much of our time "living" outside! Owner will cover basic yard maintenance. Our current tenants have been there for three years and are moving out to buy their own house. Please be respectful of their space when driving by the property. For everyone's protection, please make sure you are wearing a mask when viewing the house. Thanks so much!
