This is a great property with Trout Creek running through the center of the property dividing it into about an acre on each side. On the creek side there is a 1971 double wide with two bedrooms and two bathrooms that is in really good shape and just had all new insulation installed. The other side of the creek has never been disturbed and is still 100% natural and also backs up to Forest Service. This is a really cool setting and only about 100 yards from the York Bar.
