I am looking for a third roommate in a large, new town house in Greektown/Brewers Hill. This is an up and coming area and is conveniently located to Canton Square, Hopkins, Harris Teeter, and Target. The location is very close to 95 and 895. I moved in mid March and absolutely love the house and neighborhood. There are frequently community block parties held in the courtyard (common area) which are a lot of fun. All of the neighbors are very friendly/social and mostly young professionals and couples in buying their first homes. Ryan Homes has just wrapped up the construction in my square (approximately 130 homes) which is nice because we are no longer dealing with the noise and construction equipment. Ryan Homes is now in the process of building approximately 170 new homes just a block or two south. It truly is a fun and up and coming area. Rent includes a large master bedroom with two large closets, a vaulted ceiling and its own private full bathroom (double vanity). The bedroom is on its own floor with plenty of privacy. Home includes 3 bedrooms (each with cable), 3 full baths, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Washer/Dryer and a deck. We also have a second family room/TV viewing area that can be used as a spare bedroom for guests. (I've always found it nice to have two common TV areas) You would be sharing the house with two male professionals (Me and my good friend, Scotty (very normal/awesome)) in their mid-twenties. we are both huge Ravens and Orioles fans. Don't worry, if you aren't, it won't be a deal breaker. We both like to have a good time but take it relatively easy during the week. I am looking for either a male or female roommate who is responsible, clean, and likes to be social. Lease options - 1 year preferably Rent excludes cable and utilities. This will be split three ways There is always available street parking (even late at night) and as a bonus, there is a free shuttle bus that drops off and picks up in canton, fells point and harbor east on the weekends.
