There is a $100 plus taxes fee per group per day for swimming pool and gym access, charged only if you use the clubhouse. A grill cleaning fee of $30 applies to keep it in top shape for all guests. Parking includes one designated spot in front of the home and additional unassigned spots throughout the community. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided.
