It is located about 1/2 mile off of main street making it super private and peaceful. The cabin sleeps two with a king size bed in a spacious loft. It has a fully equipped kitchen with an attached back deck for watching the sun rise and all of the roaming native wildlife. We are conveniently located in a beautiful area and close proximity to Oak Hill, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs and Austin central where you will find all shopping, dining, entertainment desired. This is the perfect retreat whether you are here to work, play or vacation. Owners live onsite. We have a 3 month minimum rental policy. No subletting. Maximum of 2 tenants and each tenant needs to submit application. No smoking, no pets, no gatherings. Tenants must keep the cabin clean and orderly. Trash to be taken out in a timely manner. Owners will have access to cabin for routine maintenance and will notify as needed. Owners must be notified with any problems immediately.
