I am looking for a tenant who is clean, quiet, and keeps to him/herself. Who is respectful and who does not bring visitors home, too often. This is a one bedroom newly built, industrial style, basement apartment with regular size windows, located in the Elmhurst Neighborhood, near Providence and Rhode Island Colleges. -The apartment is newly built, has its private entrance, one bedroom, large bathroom, living room and eat-in kitchen. -The price is 1,300.00 and it includes water, hot water, gas, and a $150.00 allowance for electricity (heat is powered with electricity). -You pay additional electricity during the summer months if you use an A/C (the apartment is cool. No one thus far has had a need to use A/C) -You pay additional for electricity if you go over the electrical allowance during the winter months. The heat monthly allowance is $150.00, which is more than enough if you are mindful and shut the thermostat off when you are not in the apartment. -You can choose to pay 30.00 for internet if you would like to use mine. Otherwise, you can install your own wireless box. -There is no off-street parking but you can buy an overnight parking permit which is $100.00 per year. There is plenty of parking on the street. The street is very wide. The house is at the north end of Academy Ave. In case of snow days parking bans, tenants can park in my driveway. Screening Criteria: 1. A low credit score is not a problem as long as there are no major unpaid accounts in collections and no current past due accounts. 2. Having a record is not a problem as long as it is not a recent one 3. Having an eviction or a rent judgment IS A DISQUALIFIER
