I have a 2 bed/1.5 bath townhouse rental. It is located off of 240 and May, and is close to everything! It is $600 per month with a $600 deposit. Small pets are allowed on a case per case basis and a monthly pet rent of $20-25 per pet will be charged. There is no yard; there are grassy areas to take your pets, but you have to pick up after them. It is 2 story; bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The half bath and laundry room are located downstairs. The master bedroom is large and has a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is much smaller than the master. There are 2 parking spots in front. The application fee is $30 per adult to do a background check. I check for criminal activity and prior evictions. Credit is not checked, but you do need to prove that you afford the rent.
