We are seeking someone responsible, reliable and tidy, with a good attitude, who is also a good communicator. There is lots of light in the room. It best suits someone with minimal possessions (no furniture). Housemates are 2 males and 1 female (30 plus), creative and positive, into healthy living, the outdoors, meditation, art, alternative healing, yoga, and world travel. We have a huge backyard with a patio and BBQ. We have organic fruit, vegetable, herb and flower gardens, and plan to do some tower gardening as well. We have a spacious kitchen, one and a half shared bathrooms and laundry facilities. Rent is $1025 plus utilities.
