You have a nice screened in porch that you can relax on. Also has a smart thermostat to keep the bills low! The complex is Post Oak Apartments. They have tennis courts, a gym, 2 pools and overall they've been great to work with. There is no security deposit and I am leaving 100% so you would take over the lease until it runs out in mid may and if you want to extend it you can! Email or text me if you are interested. You would be taking over my lease. You would not be subletting. When residents like myself need to move out they ask that we find someone to take over the apartment. This is why you have the option of only having a six month lease.
