Less than 1 block to Angie's Restaurant, just walk across the street to a Logan classic. The space This home is listed as an 'entire place' as it is a private unit in an up/down duplex. The apartment in the duplex NOT shared and there is nobody is able to access them except you. There is a door locked on both sides (the key is not kept at the property) that separates the units. There is a mattress against that wall for soundproofing (works better than the other specialty soundproofing materials we have tried). You will hear footfalls and voices from above. This may not be the best place for you if you are a very light sleeper. Guest access You'll have access to a private parking area and private downstairs unit of a duplex. Other things to note Logan has a free bus system. Less than 1 block to Angie's Restaurant, a Logan classic. **No deliveries to the property, please pick up the package at the nearest courier branch. Will be sent to you.
