It also has a small porch overlooking a pine forest. There's a pond nearby that is available to sit by and catch and release fish. It is totally furnished with WiFi included, along with water, a laundry area and garbage pickup. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Owner is responsible for wifi, water, lawn care and garbage pickup. Pets are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is two adults.
