This home is the perfect balance of privacy and access to community. There are three bedrooms, as well as very comfortable sleeping on the huge sofabed in the living room of the lower level. (We call it The Pit and it's amazing and fits about a dozen people!) This home has both an upstairs and downstairs public living space, giving plenty of space for the family to congregate. Rent is $2,500. Duration of the contract is a minimum of 2 years - we can discuss if you would like a longer term. This is a NON-SMOKING HOME. The driveway of the house fits 4 cars comfortably, and there is space for additional parking on the property and on the street in front. An additional $300 per month for internet, water, septic, power, and waste is required. (Unfortunately, this is an older house and it costs a lot to heat with electricity. I am not making money here - this amount is exactly the monthly average of what I paid in utilities across the last year. With this approach, you don't need to worry about large seasonal swings in your heating bill.) You will be responsible for mowing the yard. I will cover any other major outdoor needs, such as fallen limbs or general tree trimming.
