General info to review BEFORE applying: Your monthly gross income must total three times (3x) the monthly rent amount to qualify. Provided you love it and want to move forward, we'll require a deposit to hold for a (minimum) of 1/2 the total security; this becomes non-refundable in the event the applicant backs out. Then, anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with first & last month's rent.
