Just a few feet off of Main Street, you have the country in the "city" of Deltaville- a 150 year old rambling farmhouse with old grape vines, shrubs, fruit trees- so walkable to the tennis courts, pool, to Cafe By The Bay, to Hurds...! The kids can ride their bikes on the sidewalk, play on the basketball courts nearby... I wake up in this "city farmhouse" and watch the deer & turkey from the porch, before heading to a day of fun on the bay.
