So we are actually in a different town (North Chatham, which has its own Post Office - separate from Chatham). And our Street name has no apostrophe ("Captains") - and we live on "Walk" - NOT "Landing". Lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cape House on a quiet cul de sac street well set back from the main road. Very well built in the mid-1960's with a full basement with tremendous storage space. Upstairs "Bonus Room" in the Attic that is also air-conditioned. 0.2 miles to the North Chatham Post Office, 1 mile from the water (Pleasant Bay), 1 mile from The Chatham Bars Inn, and 1.5 miles from Main Street in Downtown Chatham (the Old Village).
