Building issues with plumbing and electrical, call landlord right away. Exterior of unit/lanai/porch to be kept clean of any clutter and no garbage anywhere outside, other than in the dumpster. No towels or clothing draped over lanai at any time. No parking in driveway other than 15 load/unload. You may wash your vehicle as long as others can easily get by. Allowed parking spots (2) are in garage. Exterior parking for visitors/guests.
