    Two bedroom executive style unfurnished apartment located near downtown off of Henry Street in Kona. Very high-end industrial style design with A/C in living areas and primary bedroom (no A/C in guest bedroom) Each unit has its own solar panels to help with electricity costs (hope to have solar up and running by end of year) and its own full size washer/dryer. Nice grounds. Will be gated (not at move in time, but also, hopefully by end of year). The two bedroom rent is $3700/mo plus GE tax of $174 (currently). ($3874j) No pets and no smoking/illegal drugs of any kind on the property (inside or out). Strictly enforced. Four person max living occupancy. County updated address to newer through street, so new address is 75- 5702 Alahou Street, and available unit number is #4. I do require potential tenant to submit application via Zillow prior to setting up viewing. Apartment will be available for tours starting January 20th, 2025. 6 month lease; will go to month to month at end of lease if both parties agree. Owner pays for water, trash removal (weekly) and landscaping. Tenant pays for all other utilities (elec/cable) Must put electric into your name (currently in owners); Must create a new account for cable/internet/phone. Mail not delivered to apartments and an alternate method is needed. FedEx & UPS do delivery to apartments. Just not USPS (because no mail box bank up on street) Strict non-smoking policy anywhere on property, inside or out. Not pets allowed. Elec BBQ allowed on lanai (gas and briquette prohibited by law) Tenant maintains their apartment with cleaning, light bulbs, simple plumbing (plugged toilet; full garbage disposal; keeping bathroom fixtures and showers clean). Building issues with plumbing and electrical, call landlord right away. Exterior of unit/lanai/porch to be kept clean of any clutter and no garbage anywhere outside, other than in the dumpster. No towels or clothing draped over lanai at any time. No parking in driveway other than 15 load/unload. You may wash your vehicle as long as others can easily get by. Allowed parking spots (2) are in garage. Exterior parking for visitors/guests.
