The freeway and supermarkets are in a mile distance. Spacious parking with full security all the time. Safe and clean neighborhood. Parks are very close as well. A covered parking space, water and garbage are included in the rent. We are flexible with setting up a lease just want good tenants that would add to our community. The apartment has a stove, fridge and is fully heat conditioned.
