My housemate happens to be moving out this month and I'm looking for someone to fill in her spot over in M section of Rohnert Park.The room is a SHARED room which means it's a two person shared room with a male. She will be paying February's rent and move in will be ASAP. Move in deposit of 1,000$ dollars for the property owners in case any damages take place. Rent is currently month to month and utilities range from 30$ to 110$. We usually get hit with the higher utilities in the 110$ range because of trash and sewage bills overlap every few months. There are 5 housemates total (including myself) but only 3 are home a fair amount. It's a open-minded group of kids who all get along, help clean the house and keep it in good condition so we welcome a vast amount of people from nearly any kind of background. No pets, please.
