The portion of the house I am renting is on the west side of the house. It consists of two rooms: 150 sq ft and a second room, 90 sq ft, which can be an office space, studio, or mediation room, 1.5 baths (half bath is attached to larger room), and two hallway closets...roughly 330 sq ft. I live in an 50s "Old Florida" 2000 sq ft home with a split bedroom floor plan. There are beams in the ceilings which give it a nice touch. The home sits diagonally on a half acre and has it's own well water. I feel that two people can live very comfortably here, with guests visiting at times. Homeshare...split floor plan. You rent one side of home and have access to the common areas. Must love dogs. No cigarette smoking but 420 Friendly. Off street parking. Looking for a committed renter that can stay at least six months to a year. Rooms must be kept in move in condition at all times.
