This is our 2 BD, 2 BA apartment at Post-Oak. It is 900 square feet and they allow pets (there is pet rent). We are on the 2nd floor and have a private staircase to our room. There is also a screened in porch with a storage closet. We are needing someone to take over our lease (late July) and it is $869 a month. There is a bus stop that goes to OU and a tennis court right out our yard. There is also a fitness center and several pools on the property. Any other questions feel free to message me! Also, we have already paid in full for July! Renter responsible for electric, rental company pays for water, trash, sewer. This would be a lease takeover starting on the 22nd of July if possible and ending 07/15/17.
