the structure of the buildings are not safe. I am moving out because I can not in good faith sale it or rent it out. I let it foreclose. I do not recommend this unit or any other on this property.the property had a sewage back up after I moved out. The structure damage is still there people!!! Because of the water pressure from the hill, the building will eventually collapse. I had a structure engineer come out
