Inside features a spacious formal living room, a formal dining room (we are using as a playroom for our 2 small children!), 1/2 bath and a breakfast room off the kitchen with 2 huge windows overlooking the large backyard and porch. The large Den features lots of windows and a beautiful stone fireplace. Almost the entire downstairs features beautiful hardwood floors. Neighborhood Description We love that the neighborhood is quiet and well established. Many of our neighbors have lived here since the subdivision was built in 1982/83. Our neighbors take pride in their homes and yards. It is very friendly! We really enjoy going for walks. It is a great neighborhood to live in!!
