The private bathroom includes two sinks, a toilet, a plethora of cabinet space, and a tub with a flat showered. The floating shelves will be left as well. Overall, the room is spacious and presents opportunities for utility and decor. About the Roommates: You will share the space with you two professionals. Jonny (M) is 25 years old and works from home as a software engineer. He lives in the basement and will spend most of his time during the week there. He loves traveling, is a wizard at finding cheap tickets, enjoys pickle ball and in-door skydiving. Madi (F) is 27 years old and is a licensed therapist. She has a warm and fuzzy cat named Clifford who you will find roaming the house and loves pets. Both roommates are very respectful and easygoing. We're looking to share the space with another young professional who is: - Clean - Respectful - Communal The rent is $1,150 + your share of utilities (tenants only pay electric/gas and internet, all other expenses are covered).
