We've named this home StoneHill Cottage. It is beautifully landscaped with white picket fence and many stones brought in for the yard. We've updated this home with many extras. Newer flooring in kitchen and bath, newer carpet in bedrooms and dining room and front room. Too much to list. Utilities very low with natural gas furnace. Updated work on well and we replaced the septic system. Newer Electric box and wiring. Beautiful view of lake on double lot 130 feet frontage on spring fed all sport lake. Great Fishing lake. Screened in back porch with cement patio and many cement walkways leading to steps to the lake. We use the front porch as a bedroom. it has two twin beds. The other bedrooms have one queen bed and one double. We have comfortably slept 10 people using the 2 couches that make into beds.
