This could also include copies of recent rent receipts or recent rental contract. The above items must be handed in together with the application along with acknowledgment of the rental criteria . 5. Credit, criminal, and eviction reports will be run. Credit reports: No unpaid judgements or any bankruptcies declared within the last seven years. No unpaid IRS liens, state tax liens, or any liens. All bill payments must be current with no collections within the past seven years. No court filings or evictions 6. Guarantors or co-signers are not considered at this time. 8.
