This apt has been our home for 3 years and we are moving to a larger townhome. We are sad to leave the location and the walkability to absolutely everything on Main Street and the UVA campus. It is 707 sq ft, 1 bdrm, 1 bathroom, with laundry in the unit. An off-street parking spot is provided as well as a guest pass that we use for our second car. It's on the third floor (of 4) and the living room french doors overlook the quad area and dog park. We are non-smokers and extremely clean, the apt has been treated with care. It has laminate wood flooring in the kitchen and living room, granite kitchen counters, and the HUGE bedroom with office nook and walk-in closet is carpeted. Also central H/AC. We don't have any pets ourselves, but a small pet is allowed for an additional fee. The complex offers a clubhouse, pool and gym with good equipment options. Not to mention, basic cable and internet provided!! We cannot gush enough about the location and the nice amenities in our updated unit.
