The home also has a hardwired alarm system and automatic sprinter controllers. The rear yard includes a large concrete patio, newly soded lawn area and plants on drip system. The monthly rent includes all County water, sewer and garbage fees. The owner pays for those charges, which can range from $150 to $200 a month at other rental properties. Follow up correspondence and invitations for showings are determined based upon ability to meet our minimum qualification standards. Ideal candidates have credit scores over 650, stable employment with combined income of three times rent, manageable debt obligations, and no adverse credit history.
