1. Term: 1 year, 2 year or 3 year
2. Rent: Tenant agrees to pay Landlord a monthly rent payable in advance on the first day of each month. The first month's rent is due upon signing this Lease. Rent must be paid in full and no deduction or offset is permitted.
3. Security Deposit: Tenant shall deposit with Landlord the sum of $1900 as a security deposit to secure Tenant's faithful performance of the terms of this Lease. The security deposit will be returned to Tenant within 30 days of the end of the Lease, subject to the option of Landlord to apply it against Lease obligations.
