You will very rarely see us other then to share a camp fire or In passing in the driveway. Built and designed within the last 2 years all items in the studio are new. We do not have access to propane so we offer a cook top for all cooking, amazing toaster oven and air fryer. There is a mile and half walking trail around the property and access to all 60 acres for hiking, snowshoeing or a picnic. You Can grill out while hanging out in your own hammocks (summertime). How close? Boyne Mountain Resort - 15 minutes Treetops Resort - 25 minutes Petoskey - 30 minutes Bellaire - 40 minutes Mackinaw City - 60 minutes Traverse City - 60 minutes All Bills included. Must give 30 day notice before vacating. The Premises are to be used only as a private residence for the Tenant and their family [list any other approved occupants, if any]. The Tenant shall not engage in any unlawful activities or cause any nuisance on the Premises. Maintenance and Repairs: The Tenant is responsible for keeping the Premises in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition. The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord of any needed repairs. The Landlord is responsible for making necessary repairs to keep the Premises in a habitable condition, except when damage is caused by the Tenant's misuse or neglect. Tenant agrees that Landlord has the right to enter the Premises at any time after providing 24 hours' notice to Tenant.
