Looking for 4 friends to rent our house beginning in June, 2022 for at least one year. 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen with stove/fridge, washer/dryer in full, walkout basement, backyard deck , off-street parking, fire pit. Landlords pay water/sewer/trash collection and take care of landscaping and lawns. Tenants pay heat (oil), electricity, cable/internet and take care of snow removal (we provide the shovels). (Oil and electricity averaged $75 per student per month in the 2020-21 school year. Fully approved by the Mansfield Housing Authority. Rental application required.
