We have 1 room available in a 4 bedroom house near Old Town and around the corner from New Belgium. The current roommates are 3 males and 1 female in their late 20's/early 30's, and 2 dogs. Utilities are not included and generally average about $95/month per person. You will have your own bathroom that's only shared with a guest bedroom. We are looking for a single person in the same age group, and who is a working professional. Must be able to pass a background check and have proper income. The backyard is huge and we have a hot tub for everyone to enjoy! Privately owned home with a wonderful landlord also. We share the master. The other guy in the house met from renting the basement out and we have become the best of friends since. You can catch us 3 always out doing something whether it's a concert (most of the time), hiking with the pups, disc golf, or hanging out by the lake we are always doing something when we are off work. The other room mate has been with us a year now and he also has similar interests and is always outside or playing music.
