This is two rooms for one person only in a group house. Looking for a fourth housemate to rent a large bedroom with a connected smaller bedroom on the third floor of our three level rowhouse. Rent is $1450/month including all utilities, fios 1gb internet, and bimonthly house cleanings. Room titled "Summer" in photos is large at 11.5' x 13.5', south facing, plenty of windows, and comes with a fairly large attached office or small bedroom depending on your perspective (7'x10'). It's large enough for a queen bed and a pretty decent-sized private living room / craft / office space. There's also extra closet space if needed. You'd share a large bathroom with one person, M (30 year old male, med student and chef genius). My wife and I bought the house last year and are both ~30 year old young professionals working from home in public health and sustainability fields. We live in a bedroom on the second floor and have a separate living room, bathroom, and offices, with two excellent little cats. The house has 6 bedrooms but we don't fill all of them so it's comfier for everyone. Not looking for two housemates even though there are two rooms. The house is 1 short block from the Petworth/Georgia Ave metro on a quiet, tree lined street. Reliable Tavern, Call Your Mother, Looking Glass, Midlands, etc. are nearby. House common areas are furnished, and house includes two bathrooms, large kitchen with pantry, dining + living room, two large decks, small yard, plenty of on street parking, in-unit laundry, 1 gigabyte fios internet, and bimonthly cleanings.
