Lawn care will be provided through owner unless renter agrees to cut and trim lawn in exchange for $100/month reduction in lease payment. This must be agreed to in writing prior to start of lease. Renter agrees not to list property for short-term lease, sublet, or to do business out of the home without owner's agreement in writing beforehand.
