Additional guests or pets above the number booked, or damage to the property will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. Right now, I am renting this property on a month to month basis, beginning in January, or a nightly/weekly basis. My lake property can be rented on a per night or per month basis. The nightly rate during the week (Monday-Friday) is $130, and on weekends (Friday and Saturday) is $140. For those interested in booking by the month, I provide a discount.
