Lots of natural lighting, your plants will thrive here! Marble counters and gas stove, the kitchen is great. There's a decent sized backyard with a patio and a garage for storage (there's lots of space in the garage, I'd like to keep it somewhat functional for my gym equipment). Close to the Alberta, Mississippi and Killingsworth areas and the awesome Peninsula Park. Fred Meyer is a few blocks away and close to Whole Foods. 2 mins to the Lombard I-5exit, 12 mins to downtown with no traffic. I'm flexible with the arrangement downstairs, bonus points if you have a nice couch (my ex got that;). Nice 65' tv with a new Klipsch 7.2 surround sound theater. If you already own an entertainment set up there's plenty of room in the master bdrm for another. Shared expenses would be utilities, gas, water (which of course fluctuate with the seasons but are very reasonable, the house is well insulated) and internet. Garbage, recycling and yard debris service included. (There are no stains on the carpet, those are divots from a recent move and should come up soon) Looking for someone mature, responsible, clean, good communicator and knows how to co-habitate (and hopefully has a sense of humor!).
