Main level is hardwood floors (Entry, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room and half bath). There is a half bath on the left as you enter the townhome with a coat closet on the right. Just past the bath on the left are the stairs going up. Just down the hallway a bit more on the left are the stairs going down. Just past the coat closet on the right is the entrance to the kitchen and breakfast nook. As you enter, the nook is on the right and the kitchen on the left. If you go through the kitchen, you enter the dining room. Back at the hallway, as you go past the stairs going down, you enter the living room. The living room and dining room are attached and form one big room. We used it as one big living room most of the time. The sliding door leading to the deck is in the living room. The deck is very nice sized and can hold a grill and a table with chairs. As you go up the stairs, you come to the landing at the top. Straight ahead is a full bath. Off to the right are two bedrooms. To the left is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a master bath. The master bath has two sinks and a separate bath and shower. Now, let's go to the basement. At the bottom of the stairs, you will find the laundry room to the right. Turning left down a short hall leads to a large family room. On the right of the hallway, there is a big room that is great for an office, with a fake wall containing shelves behind it for storage. On the opposite side of the hallway is a closet for storage under the stairs. From the family room, there is the entrance to another full bath and the furnace room. There is a small work bench in the furnace room for tools and stuff. The family room has a gas fireplace and the French doors out to the patio. There is also an additional refrigerator located in the family room. Under the deck, there is protection to keep things dry. There is a storage closet (plastic) also under the deck. You then walk out from under the deck onto the patio or to the right to go out the gate into the wooded area beside the townhome. Neighborhood Description This is an end unit at the end of a row. There is community property with many large trees right beside the townhome. There are trails that lead out onto walking paths right by the house. There is also a play ground about 100 feet away, by the walking paths. It is a very nice area and pretty quite.
