Unlike most landlords, Jack consistently fulfills tenant and property needs in a timely fashion. Jack is often nearby working on other properties, so he is almost always available to fix things on short notice. He truly cares about his tenants and the property, so he makes sure repairs are correct. He is a great communicator and always provides enough notice before entering.
Over the three years that I've lived here, Jack has been an exceptional landlord. He has never increased my rent and he also approved a guest for an extended stay in my townhouse at no extra charge. I truly appreciate how approachable, friendly, and trustworthy Jack has been over the years.
