Looking for a quiet family or couple. We have our grandkids over occasional, small gatherings, but we are not loud and we shut down every night by 10:00. p.m. Utilities are split 2/3 us and 1/3 you. The average 1/3 utility bill is $100 in the winter and $75 in the summer. You would need your own satellite TV and internet. Plowing is covered in the winter. Trash is also covered.
