Additionally, the house is convenient to the outdoor adventures of Chimney Rock, and the Hickory Nut Gorge, as well as the creature comforts of South Asheville. The Chalet sits on two acres of beautiful, wooded land, behind a larger rental home. Pull all the way into the long driveway and park in front of the chalet in the woods. Other things to note: Dollar General is 2 minutes away. The grocery store is 7 minutes away (Ingles Fletcher) Post-Helene Notes: We are still doing intensive work on the surrounding properties, hence the $400 decrease in monthly rent. Thank you for proceeding with caution as you come and go. We have reduced the monthly rent by $400/ month in order to accommodate post-Helene needs and recovery processes. Pay security and the first month's rent to secure the rental! Renter understands that recovery work is still in progress on the rest of the property, including tree work in the woods and reconstruction on the front house. Renter agrees to stay clear of construction work and fallen trees.
