Qualifying Process
In order to schedule a viewing you will need to contact us by phone to answer a few questions about your income, so that we can pre-qualify you to rent the property. If you prequalify to rent the property, each adult will need to complete the 1 page questionnaire, which will be sent to you when you request to tour the property. There are several ways that you can qualify to rent this property.
1. If you have maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $35,000 in 2024.
2. If you and another adult who will be living in the property combined with your income amounted to at least $35,000 in 2024 and are both currently employed.
3. If you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $35,000 in 2024.
Because of the bureaucratic problems associated with Section 8 and other similar programs, people receiving these types of benefits will not qualify.
The move in costs for most applicants is $2992.
Due to previous destruction of property issues, pets are not accepted. If any pets are brought to the premises after move in, the tenant will be evicted.
Property Viewings

Once we speak on the phone and receive your completed questionnaire, we will schedule a showing. After viewing the property, if you are pre-qualified by us, and you would like to rent it, a $35 fee per applicant for a background check must be paid.
