There are restrictions on the number and amount of livestock permitted on the property which need to be addressed as part of the rental agreement. No more than 2 cows or steers permitted and no more than 10 goats or 40 Chickens/Turkeys. 4-6 horses permitted and renter responsible for any cribbing by livestock. No additional vehicles or storage containers RVs or boats permitted without the express permission of the landlord/management. No junk vehicles permitted. 1 year lease or longer with renewal options. Property is in Forestry Management and Landlord must occasionally trim/limb trees. Tennant will be notified of these rare activities, most of which is not conducted near the house & barn area.
